POLICIES:

SHIPPING, duties, + RETURNS

By placing your order with Sinun Studios, you are supporting a label rooted in thoughtfulness and functionality. We do our best to ensure each piece is of satisfactory quality and true to the description provided. However, we understand that on rare occasions issues may arise. See below for details on shipping, duties, and returns.

SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving your order. If you have any special shipping instructions please contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to meet your special request.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

CANADA

  • Flat rate shipping: $18

  • Shipped via Canada Post with tracking provided.

Local Pickup — Cowichan, BC

If you reside in or around Cowichan, BC, you may select STUDIO PICK UP at checkout. This option waives the shipping fee. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you with the pickup address and available times.

UNITED STATES

  • Flat rate shipping and duties: $50 CAD

  • Shipped via Canada Post with tracking provided.

  • Updated USA duties and taxes:

  • With the Elimination of the De Minimis shipping exception, All orders going to the USA are now subject to duties and taxes.

  • The duties are included in the shipping price and Sinun will remit them for DDP (delivery duty paid). This means that all import costs are included at checkout and you will not be charged additional duties or taxes upon arrival.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Flat rate shipping: $40

  • Shipped VIA Canada Post, tracking included when available.

  • Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

  • Processing time for ready to ship: 1–5 business days

  • processing time for made-to-order: 4—6 weeks

  • Delivery estimates:

    • North America: 5–10 business days from shipping date

    • International: 7–18 business days, depending on destination

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

DUTIES & TAXES

All duties, customs charges, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@sinun.ca so we can assist you further.

DISCLAIMER

Sinun Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the care of the shipping provider. If issues arise, please reach out to Canada Post (or your local carrier) and notify us—we’ll do our best to support you in resolving the matter.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Sinun Studios is a small, independent business. At this time, all sales are final. We are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
